P Srinivasan, CA

Srinivasan is the Founder Partner of S & S. He graduated from University of Madras in 1980 with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He began his accounting career at S R Batliboi & Co., Chennai office. During his tenure with S R Batliboi and after establishing this firm, he has been handling assignments involving financial audits, audit of inventory systems, audit of computer environment, systems study and implementation of standard procedures and operational protocols. He specializes in inbound solutions to Foreign Direct Investment clients in the areas of company formation, collaboration, FIPB /RBI approvals, setting up of STPI/EOU units and also assists in Private and Public Offerings, Financial and Legal Due Diligence Exercise for our clientele.

K Shankar, CA

Shankar is the Founder Partner of S & S. He graduated from Loyola College with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He began his accounting career at S R Batliboi & Co., Representing E&Y India.He has over thirty years of experience in auditing and management consulting. He specializes in business modeling, Process & solutions consulting, Design of Automation systems, auditing services to large clients as well as Start-ups in the IT and IT Enabled Services  arena. Mr.Shankar also has rich experience in assisting in private and initial Public Offerings, Financial and Legal Due Diligence etc.,

R Manikandan, FCA

Manikandan qualified as a chartered accountant in 2005 and became the partner of the firm in 2009. He began his career as an intern with S & S. He handles the Financial audit, Tax Audit, Financial Due diligence & Direct Tax services. He is experienced in handling a wide range of assignments for IT / ITES companies based out of India.
STPI formalities for businesses, representing for Tax hearings and functioning as a Liaison for RBI and other governmental agencies are his forte.

K S Keshav Prasad, FCA

Partner in the Assurance Services Division. He graduated from University of Madras with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Before joining this firm, He had many years of experience with Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants; TVS group of Auditors as well as being an internal audit manager for a large multi-office group of companies, in Bahrain operations. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Keshav's specialities include, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Management Audits, Statutory Audits, MIS and Systems Documentation.
